Kelsi Kritmaa

Kelsi was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2021, to support SAHR’s fundraising, advocacy and partnership efforts.

Kelsi is a strategic, analytical and bilingual international development leader with more than fifteen years of experience across Africa, Asia and Europe working with the United Nations, non-governmental organisations, foundations, academic institutions and the private sector.

She joined Philanthropy Advisors in 2018 as the Head of Office for Switzerland and in 2020 took over the role of Executive Director, where she accompanies high net-worth individuals, foundations and the corporate sector in their strategic engagement in high impact and sustainable philanthropy.
